This project was part of the collaboration of Austrian film pros and adolescent film intrigued. The team around cinematographic poet Michael Riegler was consisting of very young crew members, who had been trained only for that film. Andreas Reisenbauer, author of the films Katharsis, One Minute, Business as Usual, delivers his first directed work with this film. As assitant director he elated theatre director Oliver Gross to work with.



Despite difficult weather conditions while location shooting "Il Chirurgo" cinematographer Michael Riegler created brilliant and sensitive film pictures necessary for that story.

Alexandra Wedenig (AW-Films) was able to edit a tender masterpiece essay film based on the brillant film images by cinematographer "Il Chirurgo" Michael Riegler.
